It depends on how the bins have been programmed to hold what denomination. Usually there are only two bins which are programmed for cash disbursement and each of them ideally hold 200 notes. There's one more bin to hold rejected notes. There may be more bins in certain ATM's to facilitate disbursement of more denominations. But generally it's restricted to two denominations Rs.100/- & Rs.500/- & Rs.2000/-. Hence we can presume a maximum of Rs.12,00,000 is deposited at anytime.

- Each cassette holds 22 packets of notes.

In each cassettes maximum of 2400 notes can be loaded so that you calculate accordingly for each denomination & no of cassettes in ATM.
But, As per RBI guidelines, An ATM cannot hold more than ₹ 12,00,000/-
So, At any given time in India, If you plan to loot one ATM machine your maximum gain would be ₹ 12,00,000 Indian Rupees.
